After making music for twenty-something years, we can’t really help sounding like us. If you were ever curious to find out how that might feel, you can try “Pond Skating” – our new sample pack created in collaboration with our nice friends at Intimate Noise
Compilation news (part two)
Both of us have contributed solo tracks to this wonderful compilation on Courier. Some lovely works feature and the whole thing was mastered by our good pal Simon Scott.
Tim (The Charlatans) Burgess and Bob (Saint Etienne) Stanley have reimagined Twin Peaks set in the North West of England. Then they made a soundtrack for it, which includes our tune, Betty’s Lament. Cheers chaps, nice concept!
We’re very happy to announce our new album, Lamenting Machine, due in October. The first track, From A Hundred, is available now: https://linktr.ee/isan
As ever, we hope you like it x
We’ve started a new YouTube Channel to show our workings out for Isan and some of the things that inspire us. In the first video, Robin shares an exploration of his new Arturia MicroFreak, plus our fondness for the MakeNoise 0-Coast and herons.
If you like the sound of that, we’d love to invite you to subscribe to our channel. Enjoy!
